Sick Child information, Sports Pick-up, and registration Form
Sick-Child Pickup: $20 per pickup for non-riders. This service is included at no additional charge for current JDJ Transportation riders. Sports/Activity Pickup: Regular: $80/week Labor Day Special: $65/week Occasional pickup: $25 per trip. ***HOME GAMES ONLY*** Registration Fee: $35 once per school year (non-refundable).
